So I'm kind of obsessed with having to have a scarf for every coat I own I know totally weird here's one cowl I finished last year but never got around to posting it .. I'd like to say it's my favorite but whatever scarf I'm wearing that day is my favorite :)

My First Crochet Socks

I Finished the other sock I don't know why but I let just one lonely sock sit there forever FYI do not do that lesson learned crochet both socks together it helps to keep them matching ... This was just a trial pair so I used dollar bin yarn  no I don't think the yarn is pretty but wanted to use cheap yarn in case I had to toss them but I think I'll keep these and wear them at bed time I'll make some pretty ones now that I know the general pattern

Here's a scarf I saw I thought it was knit for the longest time I tried at least 4 different knit stitches and they didn't look like it so I finally took a picture with my phone and sent it to a friend to ask her opinion well when I took the picture and blew it up on my phone my brain went ding ding ding ding ding I got it now ... I made it in glacier blue from I love this yarn because I fell in love with that color

This was not the first thing I crocheted I shared the story of when I started crocheting 14 years ago but my first afghan was a milestone

Granny Hoodie

The Granny Hoodie has been deconstructed and I've started crocheting the squares to a smaller size this is a picture of the difference I'm hoping that the smaller size will be just the right size for the Hoodie

1. Crochet Cowl (I thought the cowl I wanted to do was knit but now looking at it more closely and asking a friend's opinion I restarted the knit cowl to a crochet cowl)

It's exactly what wanted and  I am ecstatic about the skirt it turned out wonderful if I do say so myself

Finished Crocheted Granny Gloves

Took a little longer because I had a baby shower gift I had to complete

Crochet Ear Muffs

I forgot about these... I absolutely love them
 Crocheted Ear Muffs my little bit wanted for her birthday

These were a little difficult to do I tried what everyone online did and bought the headband from a store and crocheted around it ...that did not work... the ear muffs were not tight enough and fell off her head or set way bellow where her ears were ... I used a heavy gauge wire cut to her head size instead and looped the ends into a half dollar size circle wrapped the wire with duct tape and then  crocheted around that... The ear muffs were stuffed by sewing two scrap fabric circles together and stuffing them like making a little pillow ... These ear muffs  stay on her head and do not fall off 

Daughter's Crochet Choices

Baby Girl picked the pattern and colors for these wrist warmers 

I got them done for her birthday it has just became cold enough for her to wear them 

She picked out these cute slippers too

She asked for them for Christmas so I worked all day Christmas Eve to make sure she got them
